  • Your orders will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned without wear and in pristine condition within seven (7) days from purchase date. No refund on special or custom orders.

    How to initiate a return:

    Contact Robert Guild Jewelry to initiate a return within seven (7) days of purchase.

    Shipping Label:

    If the item is eligible for a return or exchange, you will be emailed a shipping label to return your item. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Packaging:

    Returned items must be in original packaging.

  • Original Payment:

    All refunds will be in the original form of payment.

  • Free 2nd day shipping on all orders (Monday through Friday delivery only). For any other shipping request please contact Robert Guild Jewelry.

    Lost or Stolen Merchandise:

    Robert Guild Jewelry requires a signature upon delivery for all packages sent with insurance. Any item(s) that are lost or stolen before signature are insured and are eligible for replacement until the package is signed. After signature, Robert Guild Jewelry is no longer liable for lost or stolen merchandise. In the event you waive the signature requirement, the sale is deemed final, and Robert Guild Jewelry is not liable or responsible for replacing lost or stolent merchandise.

  • Robert Guild Jewelry is an Illinois business. Sales tax will be applied if you live in Illinois or as otherwise required by law.
